11 on Kajeng is an adult-only boutique resort. The minimum age for guests is 15+ years, however, group booking of the entire complex allows for all ages. Please email your requests to management.

Cancellation policy: Book now and pay when you stay, your card details will be required to confirm your booking. You will be charged on arrival.
The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% of the room rate as a cancellation fee.
Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the villas.

Payment policies
All payments will be in the local currency (Indonesian Rupiahs). All rates are already inclusive of the government tax and service in accordance with the Indonesian Hospitality Tax Laws and Regulations.
In the event, a refund is required, the exact IDR amount will be returned to the account of your choosing. We are not liable for fluctuation in foreign exchange rates.
MasterCard, Visa, or cash payments can settle any additional charges accumulated during your stay upon checkout.
*Please note we have stairs from the street front. Our stairs are safe and easy for a person of average fitness. We have a second guest entry with no stairs to the hotel for our guests that are unable to access the stairs.
